Eligibility Criteria
Must be able to handle the VMS/MSP model for healthcare clients
Provide recruitment delivery support for all healthcare roles.
Handle any escalation for all recruitment issues
Manage a healthy candidate pipeline, resume/candidate screening, interviewing, and offer process.
Focus on alternative sourcing methods and strategies for seeking talent such as white papers, patent data, technical publications, news articles, professional organizations, internet sites, and local networking.

Responsibilities (not limited to)
– The function of the MSP Account Coordinator is to manage the full life cycle of requests effectively.
– MSP Account Coordinators will be responsible for all day-to-day transactional work on VMS, including submissions.
– Communicate with professionals at all levels within company and the client’s organization.
– Role requires a can-do attitude focusing on process, meeting operational goals with a customer service emphasis.
– Coordination with the MSP POCs daily to get feedback on existing submissions, interview requests, and other requisites.
– Building solid relationships and reputations with the MSP Coordinators and Program Managers.
– Self-starter who can work independently while exercising good judgment, especially amid ambiguity while exercising the ability to prioritize deliverables.
– Problem solver/solution driven that applies critical thinking in all aspects of the job.
– Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing, with the team, consultants, other internal departments, and clients
– Fast Learner, ability to train recruiters on the hiring process, trends, and any new initiatives within the account.
Required Skills
– A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar.
– A minimum of 5+ years of pertinent hiring experience
– US Staffing hiring experience is preferred
– Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases.
– Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Job Diva
– Excellent marketing and advertising abilities.
– Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
– Experience with designing and conducting interviews.
Exp Level: 5+ years overall experience with a minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in working on MSP Clients as an Account Coordinator/Account Manager/Client Success Manager.

Reporting Structure: They will report to the Account Director (Onsite) and Delivery Manager (offshore) for the assigned portfolio.
